Blaine High School sophomore Teia Dube has been named to the 1st Team All-Northwest Conference (NWC) Track and Field team for her standout performance in the high jump this season.
Dube’s season was highlighted by a personal best jump of 5 feet, 2 inches, a mark that placed her among the top jumpers in the region and earned her a spot at the WIAA 1A State Championships, where she finished 13th overall.
In addition to her success in high jump, Dube showcased her versatility by contributing in multiple events throughout the season. She was also a key member of Blaine’s 4x100 meter relay team, which qualified for state—an impressive achievement for the program.
With another year ahead of her, Dube’s future in track and field looks bright. The Borderites will certainly be counting on her leadership and continued excellence next season.
