Hailey Ferrell delivered an extraordinary performance this weekend at the state 1A/2A Girls Swimming Championships, capturing the title in the 500-yard freestyle. Competing against some of the state's top swimmers at the King County Aquatic Center.

This victory marks Ferrell’s second state title in three years, cementing her place as one of the premier swimmers in her classification. The 1A/2A classification, which includes schools with enrollments of up to 899 students, showcased competitive talent throughout the weekend. Ferrell's win in the 500 free was a highlight of the meet, marking yet another milestone in her impressive high school swimming career.

In addition to her championship triumph, Ferrell also impressed in the 200-yard individual medley (IM), finishing 5th in a highly competitive field. Her versatility across events underscores her skill and adaptability in the pool.

The King Aquatic Center provided an electric atmosphere as athletes, coaches, and fans celebrated the culmination of the season. Ferrell’s accomplishments are a testament to her hard work, dedication, and the support of her team and community.
