The Blaine Borderites varsity boys basketball team opened the week with an impressive 58-48 victory over La Conner on Monday night.

Landon Melton led the charge for Blaine with a game-high 15 points, while Jacob Dohner's relentless energy made a huge impact. Dohner pulled down 7 rebounds and dished out 8 assists, helping propel the team to victory in a hard-fought matchup.

The Borderites look to carry their momentum into today’s action, facing off against Friday Harbor at 5:30 PM. The game follows the Blaine girls basketball game, which tips off at 4:00 PM.
